  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis of client companies to identify areas of concern and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to develop and implement turnaround and restructuring plans for struggling businesses.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and present findings and recommendations.
  4. Monitor and track progress of turnaround and restructuring plans, making adjustments and providing updates as needed.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and developments in financial markets to inform decision making and strategy.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
  7. Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports to clients and senior leadership.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the turnaround and restructuring process.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of turnaround and restructuring plans.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards in handling sensitive financial information.
  12. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Turnaround And Restructuring Consulting With A Reputable Firm.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Financial And Operational Issues.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Bankruptcy Laws And Procedures, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Restructuring Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
