  1. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on transactional risk insurance, including but not limited to representation and warranties insurance, tax liability insurance, and other specialty coverages.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess risk exposures, negotiate terms and conditions, and place insurance coverage for clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to transactional risk insurance to inform and advise clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  6. Lead and manage the entire insurance placement process, from pre-bid strategy to policy issuance and post-placement service.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and targeted marketing efforts.
  8. Communicate complex insurance concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop and negotiate policy terms and conditions that meet client needs and align with market standards.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues and concerns that may impact the success of a transaction or the client's overall risk management strategy.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, transactions, and policies.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of transactional risk insurance.
