
Technical Specialist, Flight Operations

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of aviation technology and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices for flight operations.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to implement and maintain effective safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data related to flight operations, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on aviation technology and safety measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aviation technology, and make recommendations for implementation within the company.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and clients on aviation technology and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues and incidents related to flight operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source and implement new aviation technology solutions.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to network and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor and train junior technical specialists within the Flight Operations team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to flight operations and technical processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to provide updates and recommendations on flight operations and technical matters.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and safety of flight operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In Flight Operations, Preferably In A Technical Specialist Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Requirements.
Proficient In Using Flight Operations Software And Technology, Such As Flightaware Or Flightsafety.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Implement Effective Solutions.
