We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Client Account Consultant to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the benefits of our voluntary benefits programs.
  2. Conduct in-depth analyses of client data to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for customized solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and underwriting, to develop and execute successful client strategies.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations to clients on the value and benefits of our voluntary benefits programs.
  7. Analyze and interpret data to create reports and presentations that demonstrate the effectiveness of our programs.
  8. Work with clients to design and implement voluntary benefits enrollment processes and materials.
  9. Monitor and track client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve our voluntary benefits offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on voluntary benefits consulting best practices.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our voluntary benefits programs and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Voluntary Benefits Consulting Or Sales.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Voluntary Benefits Industry, Including Products, Trends, And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Revenue Targets In A Client-Facing Role.
