We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Development Actuary, Life & Annuity at Marsh & McLennan Companies. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong track record in the insurance industry.The Sr. Business Development Actuary will be responsible for the development and execution of business strategies, as well as the implementation of innovative solutions to drive growth and profitability. The role requires an understanding of the full life and annuity product spectrum, as well as the ability to identify and utilize market insights to create strategic, profitable opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the life and annuity insurance industry, with a focus on the actuarial side of the business. The successful candidate will also have advanced knowledge of actuarial modeling, risk management, pricing, and financial analysis, as well as a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and the ability to interpret and apply applicable laws and regulations. In addition, they will have a proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.The Sr. Business Development Actuary will be a highly motivated, proactive individual with a passion for creating innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence.
