- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions using the latest technologies and methodologies
- Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and align with business requirements
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and innovate our solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful outcomes for our clients
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and architecture diagrams
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of our solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations to showcase our capabilities and solutions to potential clients
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery
- Continuously evaluate and improve our processes and practices to enhance efficiency and drive innovation within the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Solutions Architect Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Cloud Computing, Infrastructure Design, And Enterprise Architecture.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Technical Solutions To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex And Scalable Solutions That Meet Business Objectives And Align With Overall It Strategy.
