  1. Develop and implement data strategy initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business goals and objectives.
  2. Design and build scalable and high-performance software solutions to support data analytics and reporting needs.
  3. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through the development and maintenance of data quality processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data strategy and software engineering to continuously improve our systems and processes.
  6. Lead and mentor other software engineers in the team, providing guidance and support in technical design and best practices.
  7. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data strategy capabilities and optimize performance.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data strategy and software engineering.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for data strategy initiatives and software solutions.
  10. Collaborate with project managers and product owners to plan and prioritize data strategy initiatives and deliver them within agreed timelines.
  11. Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide project updates, and present technical solutions.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to data strategy initiatives and software development.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data strategy solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy regulations, in all aspects of software engineering and data strategy.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development And Data Strategy, With At Least 8-10 Years In A Senior Role.

  • Strong Technical Background In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization Tools.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Data Solutions, Including Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Governance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Security And Privacy Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Regulatory Compliance In The Data Space.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
