
Senior Retirement Actuarial Consultant
At Marsh & McLennan Companies, we are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Retirement Actuarial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong knowledge of actuarial principles and retirement plan design, and have a passion for helping clients maximize their retirement plans. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation, a minimum of five years of actuarial experience, and significant knowledge of plan design and pricing. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate retirement plan design and pricing.
- Provide actuarial consulting services to clients to help them maximize their retirement plans.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients on actuarial topics related to retirement plans.
- Perform actuarial calculations and develop actuarial models.
- Prepare reports and other documents related to retirement plans.
- Work collaboratively with other actuaries and financial professionals to provide the best possible advice and service to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and changes in the retirement plan industry.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze plan performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support.
