
Senior Principal Compensation Consultant
Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and innovative Senior Principal Compensation Consultant to join our team. We are searching for a professional with the knowledge and expertise to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are aligned with our organization's goals.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of human resources, compensation, and job evaluation principles. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of compensation and benefits consulting, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. The Senior Principal Compensation Consultant must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to create and implement solutions that meet our organization’s needs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct research on competitive compensation and benefits packages and analyze industry trends.
- Analyze job descriptions and evaluate job performance to determine appropriate salary ranges.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement incentive plans.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials for senior management.
- Monitor compliance with applicable federal and state laws regarding compensation and benefits.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and other staff on compensation and benefits issues.
- Stay up to date on best practices in the field of compensation and benefits consulting.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
