Advanced Knowledge Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements: In Order To Effectively Advise Clients, A Senior Health & Benefits Consultant Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Complex Regulatory Environment Surrounding Employee Benefits, Including Knowledge Of Aca, Erisa, Hipaa, And Other Relevant Laws And Regulations.
