  1. Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of healthcare data to identify trends and provide insights for clients.
  2. Utilize actuarial methodologies and techniques to develop customized solutions for clients' healthcare needs.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique goals and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations accordingly.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional service.
  6. Stay up-to-date on developments and changes in the healthcare industry and proactively communicate potential impacts to clients.
  7. Lead and/or participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to effectively communicate complex actuarial concepts.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and support to foster their growth and development.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, finance, and sales, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve and innovate actuarial processes and methodologies.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while performing actuarial duties.
  12. Represent the company and uphold its values of integrity, excellence, and client focus in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Consulting, With A Focus On Health Insurance And Risk Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Actuarial Principles And Methodologies, As Well As Industry Regulations And Trends In The Healthcare Sector.

  • Fellowship In The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa) And/Or Membership In The American Academy Of Actuaries (Maaa).

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Solutions For Clients, Including Risk Assessment, Pricing, And Valuation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Actuarial Concepts To Clients And Collaborate With A Team Of Actuaries And Consultants.
