- Oversee and manage all operations for the Strategic Enterprise Group (SEG) clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and improve efficiency for SEG clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to SEG clients.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SEG clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management to continually enhance processes.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and stakeholders to provide updates on operations and address any issues.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the SEG client base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage budgets for SEG operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improving SEG operations.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience for SEG clients.

Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Excellence And Efficiency Within A Large Organization.
