1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Strategic Employee Group (SEG) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to support the growth and success of the SEG.
3. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services within the SEG.
