Senior Consultant - Business Continuity

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Consultant - Business Continuity to join our Marsh & McLennan Companies team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to our clients in the areas of business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery. You should have the ability to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ risk exposures and provide strategic guidance to help them protect their operations and reputation.The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. You should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the business continuity and crisis management lifecycle. In addition, you should have the ability to define and implement business continuity processes that are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.The successful candidate for this position will possess:• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience• At least 5 years’ experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or Disaster Recovery• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity programs• Expertise in leading teams through major incidents• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to travel up to 15%If you have the qualifications and experience we are seeking, and are looking for an opportunity to make a significant contribution to our clients’ success, we’d love to hear from you!
