- Act as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on insurance products and services.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis for clients to identify potential areas of coverage and ensure adequate protection.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate insurance contracts and secure the best terms and coverage for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide relevant insights to clients.
- Manage and monitor client accounts, including policy renewals, claims, and billing inquiries.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Client Relationship Management And Business Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, Including Property And Casualty, Life And Health, And Employee Benefits.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining A Portfolio Of High-Value Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (Cpcu) Or Certified Insurance Counselor (Cic) Are A Plus.
