If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Client Account Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our executive benefits clients, providing strategic advice and solutions to their unique needs.   1. Manage and maintain relationships with executive benefits clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients based on their unique needs and goals.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on executive benefits and the insurance industry, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts.
  5. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate updates, changes, and recommendations.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions to mitigate risks and ensure client success.
  8. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  9. Meet or exceed assigned sales and retention targets.
  10. Stay organized and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
