  1. Lead the implementation of voluntary benefit programs for clients.
  2. Collaborate with top industry professionals to design and deliver comprehensive benefits solutions.
  3. Utilize expertise in the voluntary benefits landscape to advise clients on enhancing their employee benefits offerings.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather necessary information and provide updates on project progress.
  6. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends and make recommendations for new benefit offerings.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and inform clients of potential impacts on their benefits programs.
  9. Train and mentor junior benefit consultants to support their professional growth and development.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and procedures for delivering benefit solutions.
  11. Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and projects.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, to ensure ethical and compliant business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Voluntary Benefits And Implementation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Pertaining To Voluntary Benefits, Including Erisa And Aca.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Voluntary Benefits Programs For Large Corporate Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefit Information To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Successful Outcomes For Clients.
