
Senior Benefit Analyst
The Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for an experienced and organized Senior Benefit Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the benefits industry, an understanding of benefits compliance, and the ability to clearly communicate benefit information to our employees.This role is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the benefits industry and enjoys working with a diverse group of people. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other compliance regulations is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze employee benefit plans and develop strategies to ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.
- Provide employees with clear and accurate information regarding their benefits and related processes.
- Monitor employee benefits data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop reports to track employee benefits utilization and costs.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with applicable benefits regulations.
- Manage employee benefit enrollment and termination processes.
- Develop and implement employee benefit policies and procedures.
- Participate in benefit-related vendor negotiations and selection processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the benefits field.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all benefit-related needs are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
