  1. Provide exceptional technical support to internal teams and clients on a daily basis.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve technical support processes.
  4. Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base for internal use.
  5. Communicate technical information and updates to non-technical individuals in a clear and understandable manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously improve technical support services.
  7. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for any technical support related matters.
  8. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new technology and software updates.
  9. Utilize remote access tools to provide virtual technical support when needed.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions to technical issues.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate support.
  12. Analyze and report on technical support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing technical support services.
  14. Assist with the setup and installation of new hardware and software for internal teams and clients.
  15. Mentor and guide junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
