
Senior Account Manager - Construction Practice

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on various topics, such as risk management and insurance solutions.

- Negotiate and renew client contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
- Mentor and train junior team members to support their growth and development within the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
