
Senior Account Executive – Workday Implementation Services

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in leading and managing client relationships, ensuring project delivery excellence, and driving business growth. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Workday and proven experience in implementation services, along with strong communication and project management skills. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all implementation services.
- Lead and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Workday implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Proactively identify and address any potential project risks or issues, working to find solutions and mitigate any negative impact on project delivery.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the Workday Implementation Services team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to Workday and implementation services, and incorporate new strategies into project delivery.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and any potential challenges to clients and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and knowledge to foster their professional growth.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively plan, track, and report on project progress and deliverables.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Workday Implementation Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Workday Products And Services, Including Implementation Methodology And Project Management.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships, Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, And Driving Revenue Growth.
