
Sales Enablement Manager
At Marsh & McLennan Companies, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and collaboratively. This individual should also be results-driven, have a strong understanding of the sales process, and possess the drive and initiative to create and implement effective sales enablement strategies. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. They should have a strong knowledge of the latest sales strategies and technologies, as well as experience in developing and managing sales enablement programs. In this role, the Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team, while also working closely with the sales team to ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to meet their goals. The successful applicant should be passionate about helping the sales team succeed and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
