Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate clients' reinsurance needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
2. Provide clients with sound advice and reinsurance solutions to manage their risk.
3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of reinsurance principles and processes.
4. Analyze clients' existing reinsurance programs and identify areas of improvement.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, reinsurance partners, and other stakeholders.
6. Research and provide reports on the latest industry trends and regulations.
7. Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure deadlines are met.
8. Prepare presentations and deliver briefings to clients and internal teams.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
10. Participate in industry events and seminars to stay abreast of the latest industry developments.
