  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  2. Promote and educate clients and their employees on the benefits of voluntary benefits offerings.
  3. Stay current on industry trends and changes in the benefits industry to continuously improve knowledge and expertise.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing voluntary benefits enrollment and utilization.
  5. Conduct presentations and trainings for clients and their employees on voluntary benefits offerings.
  6. Assist with the enrollment process and handle any questions or concerns from clients and their employees.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for clients and their employees regarding all voluntary benefits inquiries.
  8. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting voluntary benefits offerings.
  9. Monitor and analyze data related to voluntary benefits enrollment and utilization to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Provide support to clients and their employees throughout the claims process, including assisting with claim submissions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients and their employees receive the highest level of service and support.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  13. Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential clients.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on voluntary benefits, providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to voluntary benefits offerings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
