- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for increasing business growth.
- Act as a liaison between regional carrier partners and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with regional carriers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure partnership success.
- Provide exceptional customer service to regional carrier partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional carrier partners, offering insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Communicate regularly with regional carrier partners to address any concerns or issues.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Proactively seek out new partnership opportunities.
- Continuously review and improve partnership processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on all company policies and procedures related to partnership management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Specifically In Carrier Partnerships Or Business Development.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Insurance Products And Services, Particularly In The Property And Casualty Sector.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Regional Carriers.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Managing Partnerships With Carriers, Resulting In Increased Revenue And Market Share For The Company.
