  1. Manage and administer pension plans for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  2. Monitor and analyze plan data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Communicate with clients, plan participants, and internal stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  4. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all aspects of pension plan administration.
  5. Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of pension plan data.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices for pension plan administration.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve complex pension plan issues.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills in pension plan administration.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to pension plan administration.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in pension plan administration.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates, share insights, and collaborate on projects.
  14. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Retirement Plans And Regulations, Such As Erisa And Irs Requirements.

  • Experience With Pension Administration Software, Such As Peoplesoft, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
