- Manage and administer pension plans for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyze plan data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with clients, plan participants, and internal stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all aspects of pension plan administration.
- Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of pension plan data.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices for pension plan administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve complex pension plan issues.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills in pension plan administration.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to pension plan administration.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in pension plan administration.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pension Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Retirement Plans And Regulations, Such As Erisa And Irs Requirements.
Experience With Pension Administration Software, Such As Peoplesoft, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
