Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pension Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Pension Plan Design And Regulations, Including Erisa And Irs Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Pension Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.
Proven Experience In Managing And Prioritizing Multiple Projects And Tasks, With A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
