Pension Administration - Senior Analyst

Marsh & McLennan Companies is seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Pension Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of defined benefit and defined contribution pension plan(s), in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and plan document provisions. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients, plan participants, and internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate for this position will have a working knowledge of pension plan administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in pension administration; and a comprehensive understanding of ERISA. Responsibilities:

1. Administer defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and plan document provisions.
2. Provide excellent customer service to clients, plan participants, and internal stakeholders.
3. Analyze and solve complex problems related to pension plans.
4. Respond to inquiries from clients, plan participants, and other internal and external stakeholders.
5. Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in pension plan administration.
6. Develop reports and presentations to communicate pension plan information to stakeholders.
7. Monitor plan expenses and ensure compliance with plan document provisions.
8. Prepare benefit statements and other pension-related documents.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and plan participants.
10. Participate in special projects as needed.
