- Manage and maintain the Oracle EPM system for Marsh & McLennan Companies, ensuring its optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle EPM system.
- Develop and implement new features and enhancements to the Oracle EPM system, ensuring they meet the business needs and align with overall company goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors within the Oracle EPM system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in Oracle EPM technologies and proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance system capabilities.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of the Oracle EPM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the Oracle EPM system.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration between the Oracle EPM system and other business applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical specifications, for the Oracle EPM system.
- Participate in project planning and execution, providing expertise on Oracle EPM capabilities and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle EPM, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment in regards to the Oracle EPM system.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all system changes and developments.
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed for system upgrades and implementations.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience With Oracle Epm (Enterprise Performance Management) Software.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes.
Proficiency In Sql And Other Database Query Languages.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
