Operations Supply Chain –Engagement Manager

As a key member of our Supply Chain operations team, the Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve service levels, and drive innovation.The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, plus 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or related fields. An advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Supply Chain is preferred. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, interact effectively with multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills. They must be able to create and execute strategies to meet customer demands, while adhering to our high standards for quality and safety.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supply chain operations and has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational performance. 9. Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
