  1. Develop and manage learning products that align with the company's business strategy and objectives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify learning needs and gaps within the organization.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and incorporate their training needs into the learning products.
  4. Create and implement a comprehensive learning product roadmap.
  5. Oversee the development and delivery of learning programs, including virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  6. Ensure that learning products are of high quality and meet the needs of diverse employee populations.
  7. Develop and manage the budget for learning products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning products, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and innovate the company's learning offerings.
  10. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for the development and delivery of learning products.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning products into the overall employee development strategy.
  12. Communicate and promote learning products to employees and encourage participation.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of learning products.
  14. Mentor and coach other members of the learning and development team.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and goals to ensure that learning products align with them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Instructional Design, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, With A Focus On Product Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
