We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team in Dubai, Riyadh, or Doha, as part of Marsh & McLennan Companies. In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth in the Middle East region. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong track record of success in recruiting for experienced hires, as well as a deep understanding of the Middle East job market.   1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Middle East region.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
  3. Conduct thorough and efficient screening processes to identify highly qualified candidates.
  4. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
  6. Create job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract the right candidates.
  7. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job portals, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  8. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  9. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and promote our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information in the recruitment database.
  15. Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Preferably With A Focus On Experienced Hires In The Middle East Region.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Dubai, Riyadh, And Doha Job Markets And Recruitment Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding Top Talent.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As A High Level Of Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
