Marsh & McLennan Companies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sr. Manager/Manager of Training and Performance Management for our subsidiary, NERA Economic Consulting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop training programs and implement performance management strategies to support our organization's growth and success. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in training and development, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.   1. Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and success of the organization.
  2. Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
  4. Lead and manage a team of trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.
  5. Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee performance and development.
  6. Monitor and analyze training and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make improvements as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
  8. Manage the training budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  9. Communicate with employees at all levels of the organization to promote and encourage participation in training and development initiatives.
  10. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and procedures.
  11. Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training and performance management align with company goals and values.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on training and performance management policies and procedures.
  14. Coach and mentor employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Training And Performance Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Delivering Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Training Initiatives Simultaneously.

  • Experience With Performance Management Systems And Processes, Including Goal Setting, Performance Evaluations, And Feedback.
