
NERA Sr. Manager/Manager – Training and Performance Management

- Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and success of the organization.
- Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee performance and development.
- Monitor and analyze training and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
- Manage the training budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Communicate with employees at all levels of the organization to promote and encourage participation in training and development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and procedures.
- Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training and performance management align with company goals and values.
- Act as a subject matter expert on training and performance management policies and procedures.
- Coach and mentor employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Training And Performance Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Delivering Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Training Initiatives Simultaneously.
Experience With Performance Management Systems And Processes, Including Goal Setting, Performance Evaluations, And Feedback.
