  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams, including underwriting, claims, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of operations and placement processes.
  4. Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to operations and placement.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Knowledge Of Various Insurance Products, Underwriting, Claims Management, And Risk Assessment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Negotiate, Influence, And Build Relationships With Clients And Insurance Carriers.
