- Oversee all human resources functions for the Canadian division, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall human resources goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with French-speaking colleagues and clients to ensure effective communication and understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Advise and guide managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide training and coaching as needed.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Extensive Hr Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Strong Understanding Of Canadian Labor Laws And Regulations. Previous Experience In A Senior Hr Leadership Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company, Is Highly Desirable.
