- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of marketing automation platforms to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices for marketing automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for marketing automation, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Train and onboard new users on marketing automation tools and processes.
- Work closely with marketing teams to understand their needs and provide solutions for their automation requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for marketing automation processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on data privacy and security regulations and ensure compliance in all marketing automation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Marketing Automation Platforms, Such As Marketo Or Eloqua.
Strong Understanding Of Email Marketing Best Practices And Experience Creating And Managing Automated Email Campaigns.
Proficiency In Html, Css, And Javascript, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Customize Email Templates As Needed.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
