  1. Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the company's global fleet of aircraft.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the company's fleet, including planning for maintenance and upgrades.
  3. Negotiate and execute successful aircraft transactions, including purchases, leases, and sales.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze the market for aircraft and related services to inform decision-making.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for fleet operations.
  6. Manage a team of fleet management and aircraft transaction professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure the smooth execution of aircraft transactions.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including aircraft manufacturers, lessors, and service providers.
  9. Conduct regular reviews of fleet performance and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
  10. Stay informed about advancements and changes in the aviation industry and implement best practices for fleet management.
  11. Represent the company in industry events and conferences, promoting our expertise in fleet management and aircraft transactions.
  12. Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained accurately and up-to-date.
  13. Monitor and manage budget and expenses related to fleet operations and aircraft transactions.
  14. Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the fleet management and aircraft transactions team.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
