
Learning & Development Manager, Business Insurance

You should also have a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful learning and development programs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs related to Business Insurance.
- Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize adult learning models and stay up to date on best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the development of resources and materials to support learning and development programs.
- Assess training needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and adjust strategies and processes as needed.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members and peers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Remain up to date on industry trends and developments.
