
Learning & Development Manager, Business Insurance
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning & Development Manager to join Marsh & McLennan Companies' Business Insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering learning solutions and programs aimed at improving the performance and engagement of our Business Insurance employees. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the field of employee development and training and an understanding of the insurance industry. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in organizational learning and development• Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging and effective learning programs• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver learning solutions and programs that meet the needs of the Business Insurance team • Analyze existing learning materials and recommend improvements • Design and implement engaging learning programs that are tailored to the needs of the Business Insurance team • Collaborate with Business Insurance stakeholders to identify learning gaps and opportunities • Develop e-learning, webinars, and other digital learning content • Manage the development and delivery of learning initiatives • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs • Create and maintain metrics to measure the impact of learning initiatives • Establish and maintain a network of external partners and vendors to support learning initiatives • Manage the budget for learning initiatives • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry and trends in the field of learning and development
