3. Design, develop, and implement learning solutions that leverage technology and data to drive business performance and employee engagement.
4. Foster relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other partners to ensure the delivery of learning initiatives.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
6. Monitor and maintain the Learning and Development budget.
7. Manage and lead the Learning and Development team.
8. Set performance goals and objectives for the Learning and Development team.
9. Create and maintain learning and development reporting metrics.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the learning and development industry.
