
Learning & Development Manager, Business Insurance
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Learning and Development Manager to join Marsh & McLennan Companies Business Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, an ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and a passion for leveraging technology and data to drive positive change. To thrive in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning and development strategies that align with Marsh & McLennan Companies Business Insurance goals and objectives.
- Research and analyze industry trends, best practices, and competitor approaches to learning and development.
- Design, develop, and implement learning solutions that leverage technology and data to drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other partners to ensure the delivery of learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and maintain the Learning and Development budget.
- Manage and lead the Learning and Development team.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the Learning and Development team.
- Create and maintain learning and development reporting metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the learning and development industry.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
