- Design and implement efficient data systems to support the business operations of Marsh & McLennan Companies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of data specialists to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of data systems.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that align with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data architecture to continuously improve and optimize systems.

In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With System Architecture And Data Management, Including Designing, Implementing, And Optimizing Large-Scale Systems.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In Complex Technology Projects.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In Data Architecture, Data Governance, And Data Analytics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field, With At Least 8 Years Of Relevant Experience In Systems Architecture And Data Management.
