
Lead Marketing Automation Technical Consultant
Marsh & McLennan Companies is searching for an experienced Lead Marketing Automation Technical Consultant to join our team. This individual must have a passion for software development and a strong technical background in marketing automation tools. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who is committed to producing high-quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently.We require a minimum of three years of experience in Salesforce and/or Marketo, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Previous experience in a consulting or customer-facing role is a plus. This individual should have a strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and be able to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain marketing automation tools and software solutions for internal and external clients.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technical solutions.
- Analyze data and provide insights to help inform strategy and optimize results.
- Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders on technical topics.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing automation trends and technologies.
- Manage projects and ensure successful delivery within specified timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
