Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders • Monitor and evaluate knowledge management processes to ensure efficient solutions and outcomes • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends in knowledge management • Assist with the development and implementation of new knowledge management procedures and protocols • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on knowledge management best practices • Lead and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions in order to maximize internal collaboration • Collect and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable industry trends and technology • Utilize a variety of resources to stay abreast of evolving knowledge management principles and techniques
