Knowledge Manager, Retirement Services

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Knowledge Manager to join our Retirement Services team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the knowledge assets and information systems of the organization to ensure that the Retirement Services team has access to the most up-to-date and accurate information possible. You will work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for implementation. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement content management strategies to ensure that the Retirement Services team has access to high-quality information and knowledge assets.
2. Create and maintain knowledge management systems, databases, and other information sources.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of knowledge assets to identify areas of improvement.
4. Collaborate with the Retirement Services team to develop new knowledge management processes and systems.
5. Evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
6. Research and recommend new technologies and tools for knowledge management purposes.
7. Train and mentor team members on the use of knowledge management systems.
8. Assist in the development of knowledge sharing initiatives and projects.
9. Provide support to the Retirement Services team in the form of advice and guidance on information management processes.
10. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the organization is staying up-to-date.
