Knowledge Manager, Retirement Services

They are able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with other teams to ensure knowledge is effectively managed.The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a variety of knowledge assets, including maintaining and updating existing content, developing new content, and leveraging technology to ensure the knowledge base is both comprehensive and up-to-date. Additionally, the Knowledge Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management initiatives and processes. To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Management, Computer Science, or Library Science, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management. Additionally, candidates should have a working knowledge of content management systems, search engine optimization, and metadata standards.
