
Knowledge Manager, Retirement Services
Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for an experienced Knowledge Manager to join its Retirement Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Fortune 500 company and help develop and maintain the knowledge infrastructure necessary to support our retirement services offerings. The ideal candidate for this position has a deep knowledge of information management, content management systems, and search engine optimization, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable services. They are able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with other teams to ensure knowledge is effectively managed.The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a variety of knowledge assets, including maintaining and updating existing content, developing new content, and leveraging technology to ensure the knowledge base is both comprehensive and up-to-date. Additionally, the Knowledge Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management initiatives and processes. To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Management, Computer Science, or Library Science, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management. Additionally, candidates should have a working knowledge of content management systems, search engine optimization, and metadata standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop knowledge assets, including maintaining and updating existing content, developing new content, and leveraging technology to ensure the knowledge base is comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement knowledge management initiatives and processes.
- Utilize content management systems, search engine optimization, and metadata standards to ensure efficient retrieval of knowledge assets.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure knowledge is effectively managed.
- Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and processes.
- Assist with training team members on new knowledge management processes and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve knowledge management processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
