  1. Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with company goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and leaders to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
  3. Create and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, and presentations.
  4. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Serve as a liaison between different departments to gather information and ensure accurate communication.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential communication gaps, issues, or conflicts.
  7. Stay current with internal communications best practices and industry trends to continuously improve strategies.
  8. Plan and organize company events to foster a positive and engaged workplace culture.
  9. Manage internal communication channels, including intranet, email distribution lists, and digital signage.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of internal communications goals and initiatives.
  11. Assist with crisis communications and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  12. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on internal communication practices and protocols.
  13. Collaborate with external communications team to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
  14. Work closely with senior leadership to provide regular updates and recommendations on internal communications strategies.
  15. Other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications Or Employee Engagement.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling And Informative Messages For Various Internal Audiences.

  • Knowledge Of Communication Best Practices And Strategies, Including Experience With Digital And Social Media Platforms.

  • Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Collaborate With Various Teams And Departments To Ensure Consistent And Effective Internal Communications.
