  1. Conduct research and analysis to understand the unique insurance needs of pharmaceutical and biotech companies conducting clinical trials.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate and secure appropriate coverage for clients.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and developments in the healthcare and insurance industries.
  5. Assess and evaluate insurance policies to ensure they meet the specific requirements of clinical trials.
  6. Advise clients on risk management strategies and recommend appropriate insurance products to mitigate potential risks.
  7. Prepare and present insurance proposals and reports to clients.
  8. Handle client inquiries and concerns regarding insurance coverage and claims.
  9. Monitor and review insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and insurance policies.
  11. Conduct regular reviews of insurance policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective for clients.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  13. Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential clients.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the insurance brokerage team.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Healthcare.
