As an HRIS Workday Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our Workday platform, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our HR processes.   1. Manage and maintain the Workday platform for the organization, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all HR data and processes.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for all Workday related inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support to HR staff and employees.
  3. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve the overall functionality and user experience of Workday.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's HR processes and policies in order to effectively support and troubleshoot Workday related issues.
  5. Regularly audit and analyze data in Workday to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  6. Keep up-to-date with Workday updates and developments, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the system.
  7. Provide end-user training and support to ensure all employees are proficient in utilizing Workday for their HR needs.
  8. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for any Workday integrations or system updates.
  9. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all HR data within Workday, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects related to HR and Workday, providing valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Create and maintain documentation of Workday processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement guidelines and best practices for Workday usage and data management.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for any Workday related issues or questions, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  14. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR systems and technology, and make recommendations for improvement to leadership.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hris And Its Modules.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Data Privacy Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Data Security And Confidentiality.
