8. Collaborate with other team members and divisions within Mercer to share knowledge and resources.
9. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of new products and services related to organizational and HR transformation.
10. Monitor and report on the progress and success of transformation initiatives for clients.
11. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
12. Mentor and coach junior consultants to support their professional growth.
13. Represent Mercer and Marsh & McLennan Companies in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of transformation strategies and processes.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.
