- Develop and implement organizational and HR transformation strategies for clients in the digital age.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and create tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client organizations to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, trainings, and other change management initiatives to support clients' transformation journeys.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital and HR transformation to bring innovative ideas and solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and ongoing partnership.
- Utilize Mercer's digital solutions and tools to enhance the transformation process for clients.
- Collaborate with other team members and divisions within Mercer to share knowledge and resources.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of new products and services related to organizational and HR transformation.
- Monitor and report on the progress and success of transformation initiatives for clients.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to support their professional growth.
- Represent Mercer and Marsh & McLennan Companies in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of transformation strategies and processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Or Organizational Consulting, With A Focus On Digital And Hr Transformation.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Japanese Business And Cultural Environment.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Change Initiatives Within Organizations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Fluency In Japanese And English.
