HR Operations Generalist

Responsibilities of an HR Operations Generalist:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with labor laws and employee relations.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including screening of job applicants, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Provide general HR support to employees, including answering questions, resolving disputes, and offering guidance and advice.
4. Monitor and update employee files and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
5. Assist in the planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
6. Coordinate performance reviews and other HR activities.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
8. Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
9. Monitor and maintain HR budgets and expenses.
10. Stay up-to-date with changes in HR policies, laws, and regulations.
